Twilight

Over the past year and a half, many of my friends have read this book and told me how much they liked it. Although it was highly recommended, I could not bring myself to read a book about vampires. It is just not the type of book a normally read. But, with the movie coming out, and my friends still talking about this book, I decided I had to read it. So, last week I finally bought the book. I kept putting it off because each day was so busy. But finally, Wednesday night I started reading and Thursday night I finished...500 pages. I put everything aside and just read. It was great!! What could be better then a love story with suspense?? I may not have neglected quite so much of my other "stuff" I probably "should" have been doing, but I really wanted to finish it before the movie came out. And I did it just in the nick of time because today is opening day and tonight I am going with a bunch of my friends to see it!! And.....I will be off to buy the next 3 books in the series!!
