The temperature outside on the back porch was 18 degrees this morning when we woke up.
The view from our front porch is no longer green and the trees have lost almost all their leaves.
The front door has fall decorations around it.
It is 20 degrees when Harrison is leaving for school so he wears his beanie and heavy coat.
The horses are VERY fuzzy.
The water troughs are starting to ice over.
My warm coat, scarf and gloves are all ready for morning chores. 
My cheeks are slightly pink after doing morning chores in the brisk temperature.
A Maverik cup, which was previously filled with yummy hot coco, is sitting on the counter. 
There is a roaring fire in the wood burning stove radiating heat throughout the house.

Brrrr! Is all I can say! Winter is definitely on the way! Payton was sliding around on the ice that formed overnight on the back patio this morning-thinking it was so cool. I was just thinking, "No, not yet!" Can't keep it from comin' so I guess we'll just bundle up and embrace it! Great post!!!
