Hike to the "Y"

For those of you that have not been to Provo, Utah and seen the huge "Y" on the mountain, you may not appreciate the long and steep hike that the kids made to hike to it.You might have noticed that I am not in any of the pictures. I usually love to hike, but I decided to sit this one out and enjoy a little piece and quiet. While they were gone, I went running then leisurely read my book until they got back.

Cassidy was beat by the time she got to the end. What a trooper....that is not an easy hike.
Harrison at the trailhead. You can kind of see the Y in the background near the top of the mountain just below the big rocks.

The morning ended back at Lakeside RV Park with a pancake breakfast and swimming.
