It is the tradition at Highland Primary Elementary for the kindergartners to have a Mothers Day Luau . Cassidy has been so excited for it to happen. For several weeks now she has been telling me about things she is doing and making to prepare for it. Of course she would only give me glimpses because she wanted to surprise me that night. I can't believe my "baby" is growing up so fast!
This is Cassidy doing the limbo. She is much more limber then her Mom.
They sang some cute songs about Hawaii and did the Hula in some state of the art construction paper hula skirts.

I love to see Cassidy interacting with her friends.

At the end, Cassidy served me coconut cake and Hawaiian punch. Yum. Thanks for such a fun Mothers Day treat Cassidy....I LOVE YOU!!
