Annie

Recently, Cassidy performed in the play Annie. She was cast as an orphan and has been practicing twice a week since February. She loved every minute of it and was always excited for her next practice. It made our lives a little complicated trying to keep track of practice dates and times, but it was worth it and it sure helped to carpool with someone! (Thanks Layla!! :) Here are a few pictures from the performance. She performed the play twice in one day and by the finale of the second show, I thought she was going to fall asleep. She was so worn out!My Mom's friend, Sue Cook, sent a lei of beautiful flowers to be given to Cassidy after the performance. It was really beautiful and smelled so good. She had the lei shipped from Hawaii where she used to live.

Cassidy is already talking about the next play she wants to be in. I heard a rumor that the next one scheduled is Music Man, so we will see what happens. Meanwhile, we will take a breather and concentrate on trying to keep the t-ball schedule straight. :)
