Check out this meal we had last Saturday morning from the chuck wagon. Blueberry pancakes, warm syrup, eggs, bacon, juice.....My mother never ceases to amaze me!! I think this is how the rich and famous must live (just not in a travel trailer) haha. Not only do we have her fun and loving company, but she is a nanny, a cook, and a maid. Trust me, I am not asking her to do all this, she just keeps telling me she loves to do it, wants to help and is having a wonderful time with us. Today I have been limping around nursing a sprained ankle in an effort to try and have it healed miraculously for drill practice Thursday and our performance this weekend. I have been trying to rest it as much as possible while she has been the taxi grandma for the kids to school, music and cub scouts. She even did a few loads of laundry for me at the laundry mat while she INSISTED that I iced my elevated foot and stayed off it! Yes, my mother will never cease to amaze me.....I am the luckiest daughter in the world to have her as a MOM!

Wow, what a mom! You are a lucky girl and she's a lucky mom to have such a cool daughter! I'm sorry to hear your ankle is sprained, how in the world did you do that??!! I hope you're ok! I can bring you a slip on brace if you would like! Keep off it like Mom says to. Let me know how I can help!

I didn't know you had a sprained ankle! I would have... polo wrapped your horse!! LOL! Thanks for all your help last weekend! You are the best! I had so much fun hangin out with you!
