"Calleva staff outings are always fun. A few weeks ago Dain broke his nose when a Frisbee slammed into the bridge of his nose during a rousing game of "Ultimate". Not to be out done - last Tuesday Scotia was at the Calleva staff outing and decided she needed some extra attention as well.
The activity was a 300' long slip and slide. The hill was very steep. To add to the speed of the decent, dish soap was applied to the slide. To add to the excitement, quite a lot of staff would go down the slide together. At certain points along the way, bodies would become entangled and heads would crack together.
This is the result of such an activity....a trip to the ER, 8 stitches and a cool scar! :) At least it was clean, due to the dish soap!!"

I love it when I get e-mails from Jill. She has such a fun way of telling stories. When we actually get to talk, my stomach and face hurt because of all the laughing we do together. Hey Scotia.....now we have twinner scars! But you have me beat. I think I only had seven stitches! But of course, I can't remember for sure because I had amnesia. :) Love Ya....Laurie
