Volleyball!!

This is my City Leage volleyball team. We have games two nights a week at the high school so it keeps me pretty busy, but it is a BLAST! City League play will be finishing soon, but I also play with a bunch of ladies every Wednesday morning in the church gym. Wednesday morning volleyball is actually very organized and it has been going on for years. I had heard that sports was huge in this town before we moved here, but I did not know Women's Volleyball would be. On Wednesdays, we play for 2+ hours and pay someone $1 per hour per child to watch all the kids in the nursury. We typically have enough people for 4 teams and it is really a blast! I have met a ton of people and see them all over town. I would call it a step up from "Recreational Volleyball" because Wednesday mornings can be very competitive with some fast moving games. Most of the players played high school ball and there are a handful that played college. I have learned a ton since I started playing and I am so glad my friend Donna invited me to start playing with them. She is an AWESOME hitter and has helped me out a bunch. Thanks Donna!!
