Well, I think I have officially reached "Hick" status.
Harrison and I go to the library every Tuesday while Cassidy is in her dance class. This week, I pulled up and thought to myself "Wow, it is really crowded today". Then I had to stop and laugh because I realized what I had said. I counted the cars in the parking lot and there were SEVEN including ours. I thought back to the days, not too long ago, when I would go to the library and have to drive around and around a huge crowded parking lot looking for a space big enough to fit my truck. I would go inside to find people in every part of the library, but not think anything of it. Now, I pull up to our library parking lot and think it will be "too crowded" because seven cars are in the parking lot and a few people are inside. Yes, I have definitely reached "hick" status.
Life in the Boondocks is a very appropriate name for this blog site because that is our life now.....and I LOVE IT!
